Psalm 100: A Psalm of Thanks:

1) Shout for joy to the LORD, all the earth.

2)Worship the LORD with gladness; come before Him with joyful songs.

3) Know that the LORD is God.  It is He who made us, and we aer his, we are His people, the sheep of HIs pasture.

4)Enter His gates with thanksgiving and his courts with praise; give thanks to Him and praise His name.

5) For the LORD is  good and His love continues through all generations.

I hope you all have a Blessed Thanksgiving Day filled with Love, Joy, Happiness and Praise.

I felt like reading in my Bible when I woke up this morning and I sought out this passage in particular:

Isaiah 9:6-7

6)For to us a child is born, to usa son is given, and the government will be on his shoulders.  And he will be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.

7)Of the increase of his government and peace there will be no end.  He will reign on David's throne and over his kingdom, establishing and upholding it with justice and righteousness from that time on and forever.  The zeal of the LORD Almighty will accomplish this.

These verses always give me such an overwhelming sense of peace...all those amazing adjectives that describe my Lord and Saviour make my heart almost burst with love and joy...especially during this Holiday season which is fast upon us.

Verse 7's declaration that of his reign there will be no end is magnificently reassuring...it inspires such peace and contentment...knowing what Jesus did for me by dying on the cross and also that No matter what I go through in my life...Jesus has already taken care of it all. He is always with me...He has already won the battle. Satan isn't even half the strength of my Awesome God!

What a Cute Mess my little guy was!

Friday, November 17, 2006

Well, It's Abram's Birthday...today...we are waiting on his Aunt and Uncles to arrive with the kids so we can get the party started.

Abe, I think is in awe of the excitement of the day. He is such a laid back little guy and is never uptight. He likes to sit back and watch people. He is an intense watcher He's looking at the big wrapped presents. He doesn't know what to think. Tina sent him an e-birthday card. I sat him in my lap and played the card on the screen. He watched with fascinated interest. He loved the music and the moving shapes and animals. ((((((Thanks Tina))))))).

Molly is excited about the birthday party...Almost as excited as she is at her own parites.

Last night she asked her Mommy if Abe would ever become older than her. She was really bothered at the thought that one day she may not be the older sister anymore. LOL. Stephanie assured her that she'd always be the oldest. Kids...awww...LOL.

I used to have the biggest problems with kids' birthdays...especially parties. The first memory I have of my father touching me in a grossly inappropriate way was at my 4th birthday party. He took me inside away from all the kids I wanted to play with. Always made me sad to be reminded of that.

I'm so grateful and thankful that God gave me two such wonderful Angelchildren. I am now able to enjoy birthdays because they are safe and have such a good time. They are such big contributors to my healing.

Sending you all a piece of Cyber B-day cake.

I guess I save all of the angriest anger for my dad who r***d me the hardest (if that's possible).
